Great experience. Showed up here looking at a certain vehicle and when we didn't completely love it, they showed us a few solid alternatives. Plan B quickly turned into plan A as we loved what they showed us. We were in and out in a few hours. Their process was very streamlined/efficient. Will definitely look here again when I'm in the market.

They were all very professional environment. Their computers were down for almost 2 hours. They kept appologizing for the delay and checking up on me. They had wonderful snacks! Icream bars, Chocolate bars, and a coffee machine. It was a very clean as well.

The dealership had problems with their computer system the day our vehicle was scheduled for service, but our service manager, Arturo, kept in touch with us via phone to let us know how this might impact us. They got the car in and did all the needed diagnostics and repairs. Again, Arturo kept us posted throughout and was even working the following day when we went to pick it up. Good communication helped salvage the frustrations of a technology glitch.

John and Arturo went above and beyond when I took my Honda Pilot to them last week. John explained everything that was done to my Pilot and what services are upcoming. I told them I drove a car to the dealership and feared that it would get locked in the dealership overnight so they followed me to the mall to park my spare car. I am very grateful that your dealership has such a great staff.

When I called to make an appointment to have some previous recommended work to be done I was referred to a great service advisor: Bryan Medina. Bryan took my call and set up an appointment for a day that worked for Auto Nation and me. When I brought my vehicle in he was ready and waiting, greeted us and proceeded to explain was going to be done and approximately when it would be done. When the service was finished Bryan called aand notified us. When we picked up the vehicle, an 07 Accord with 71,000 miles, Bryan explained what was done and all the inspections performed. What a great service advsor!!! This is the type of service I expect and I tell friends and neighbors about good service!! Thank You!

My wife and I are traveling and had an issue with our 2016 Pilot. I called AutoNation and spoke with John Beeman. He said they could get me in to look at the issue. When we arrived at the dealership, John was there to greet us. From then on he took great care of us, was very through in his explanation of our issues. Between John and the mechanic, they got our car fixed under warranty and we were happily back on the road in a few hours. John Beeman was fantastic as well as the mechanic. brought car in for oil change etc.. they called me said tires getting too worn- original tires on my 2017 CRV.. reluctantly went ahead. they gave me great pricing and car runs like new due to tires. Have always used them for servicing our Honda's.. they explain everything and fix few things that go wrong (it's a honda after all !) Have always purchased from them as well equally good experiences with that process.

I hAd a trailer hitch installed. The dealership could not install it when I bought the car because they did not have the parts. It would have been nice to have gotten it taken care of before I took delivery but if they don?t have the parts what can you do.

I have been coming to this dealer to service my 2018 Accord for the past two years and have always received service. This past weekend I traded in my old Accord and purchased a brand new 2023 Passport with the help of Pedro Lazaro who made the entire process as smooth as possible. My CRV was brought in for a Oil Change. Estimated by sales Rep to take 1 hour. I noticed that my CRV was completed in just a little over 1 hour but 35 minutes later no one came to me to finish transaction. I went to one of the sales reps and said my vehicle was done why haven't anyone notified me? The young lady said the Sales Rep was probably trying to catch up with his work, I said I want to go home. She never said sorry for the delay.

Offered more services to help with the longevity of my car’s engine even though I was there for just the oil change and tire rotation might as well get all done in one appointment. Done on a timely matter and was still able to get out of the dealership at a decent time in the morning. Anthony actually clarified that with the platinum package that I have for my car I shouldn’t have paid for my last oil change (I did anyway just cause I wasn’t getting anywhere with the last rep) and I have 3 more services left, but after this visit with him it was sorted out and cleared I hope I don’t have that issue again but if he was nice about it. Overall this visit with Anthony was very pleasant and I look forward to working with him.

I had oil and liquid on my garage floor. I took in my Civic the same day without an appointment. Anthony scheduled the car to be checked. The mechanic found the oil cap was not screwed on properly so it had been leaking since the service in October. The cap was replaced and the engine cleaned. I was not charged. I’m just glad the engine wasn’t destroyed. I trust Honda to look after my car. Anthony was excellent and totally professional.

Autonation service has fallen to unacceptable. THey do not call to give you updates and if you buy another brand of car through their used car system it is even worse. my last visit I have to take the vehicle to them because of warranty, they then have to reach out to another dealer to fix the vehicle. This process is okay and understandable, Autonations down fall was they just text someone over there and tell you I will let you know by tomorrow what they say. I then just called the dealer ship they were going to send my car to and I got feed back in 5 minutes. Basically you will need to pay them a lot of money for bad communication and the customers I saw that were also mad at the time things took and lack of communication they recieved, they were met with the service manager taking no ownership and explaining that what they expected was almost unreasonable.

Anthony did a great job of listening. And documenting my concerns. They did the repairs quick and efficient. But when doing the vehicle inspection. When putting the rear tire back on striped and cross threaded one of the wheel lug nuts. Now I can't get it if. Hopefully I don't get a flat before I can get it repaired.

in 2018, I bought my first Honda, a CRV, after doing extensive research on midsize SUVs and test driving the top six. To be honest, I drove the new Mazda off the lot in Washington state. That meant I owned it instantly. But I had been lied to by the salesman in that my main requirement was that the GPS system would continue to work even when a telephone call or text came in. I needed to be able to safely answer the phone or respond to a text by voice only without looking down. It turned out this vehicle could not accomplish that. It was flashy and “cute,” a word I never thought I would use in association with a car, as I am 100% about function. If you own an Apple phone, Apple CarPlay is an essential feature in your car both for safety and for convenience. The CRV has all the safety features as well as Apple CarPlay, including a wonderful back up camera, side lane notifications – you name it…It’s got it. And AutoNation Honda in the Tucson Automall has taken exemplary service of my car for the last two years. It is in like-new condition and functioning Perfectly thanks to their incredible service department. I recommend AutoNation Honda Tucson auto mall without reservation and only wish I could have waited until 2019 when the CRV came out in a highbred! No other service department can compare!

I have been going to Autonation Honda since 2013. My cars have been worked on in the past few months at Autonation Honda and things are better. The GM, Service Manager, and our Service Advisor are all working towards giving the best service possible and fixing any issues found with our car. If an issue is a fault of theirs, they are willing to admit to it and fixing it. My wife and I will keep bringing our cars here as long as Paul, Scott, and Big John are there.

I came into just for an oil change . Very friendly staff greeted us and told me it would be done in about an hour. Nice waiting room with coffee choices Ready in about one hour, I gave them 3 stars because the tech split some oil on exhaust manifold and it smelled as it burned off! Also noted oily hand print in front driver side fender, not there before I dropped it off

The radio in my 2020 Civic froze and stopped working, the service team was able to do a factory reset and completely fixed the problem. When I purchased my vehicle I got the platinum protection plan so my service didn't cost me anything.

When I had called to make the appointment I specifically asked what A6 service meant. Was told I only needed an oil change, double checked and was told only an oil change. My husband gets to the dealership and the rep proceeds to just tell him that it will take 2 hours to do the service on my vehicle. He then asks why 2 hours and she states 1 hour for an oil change and 1 hour for a differential fluid. My husband calls me and I speak directly with the rep and tell her, the person on the phone who I called and made the appointment with said I would only need and oil change and that is what I scheduled the appointment for. Her lovely answer was that they don’t know what they are really talking about because they are only a call center….VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and way to even take responsibility for your mistakes. Well this rep was just going to go ahead and have these services performed on my vehicle without even going over pricing or anything. After asking more questions we found out it was going to be another $175 on top of the oil change cost If they were going to do that. Nobody explained anything to us and just ASSUMED that we were okay and wanted to shell out that much money. Extremely SHADY….well now that we have that figured out. My husband is told by this same rep then only 1 hour for the only oil change. She has him pull forward in the service center outside and he gives the car keys to a totally different rep then told by him, it’s now going to take 2 hours for the oil change. Not even a minute after a different rep told us 1 hour we are now told 2 hours now. HORRIBLE communication….when asked why one rep gave information that it would only be 1 hour then another said 2, nobody could give us a valid reason or even a decent apology. This entire experience has been awful and it’s not the same putting it into words in this review how we felt and how we were treated. I don’t feel my business at this dealership anymore is necessary. I will for sure not recommend any family or friends here in the future.

The service was excellent. However, their commitment to a customer was outstanding. I needed a repair and the earliest appt. was the next day. They took the car and said they would try to get to it that day. They did and I was able to use the car that evening for a special holiday event. Thank you!!!

Purchasing a vehicle is not a small purchase, it a necessity and its hard working money. I was satisfied with my salesman Jose as he did keep in touch with me until vehicle arrived at dealership. Just like everyone else, we are trying to get the best deal possible. I went to your AutoNation Honda Tucson Auto Mall dealership3-4 times during my car shopping and I really felt treated like a number, definitely not good customer service at all. I was undecided between Toyota Camry and Honda Accord, and believe me Precision Toyota almost got my business because of their customer service and explanation of what features and benefits the vehicle has. I chose Honda because of my preference and self search I did, but definitely not because of the customer service experience. Making a customer feel great with the huge, important purchase they just made and assuring customer how good of a decision they made by purchasing your product with them would have made a big difference. When sent to the person that took my full cash payment, what I just mentioned would also have been great instead of just trying to sell you an additional up to $10,000 additional warranty. I truly regret giving my business to Auto Nation Honda, when I could have easily gone somewhere else for what I am sure could have been a better overall experience.

AutoNation is seriously lacking in its repair shop. Service Rep Desiree was amazing and very efficient. However, the repair shop failed to communicate a repair/replacement during the 3 hrs at the dealership, that she was clearly unaware of. I received a text in the evening from the Service Manager with whom I spoke the following day to come to an amicable resolution. Repair shop communication is poor.

GM of AutoNation Honda and Desiree who helped me about a week ago was very courteous, helpful, and answered all my questions. They alerted me about my dying battery which saved me an extra trip. They also offered to cover my broken wheel stud without me asking. They worked with Watson Collision who was fixing my wrecked car. I have been a loyal customer of AutoNation for a very long time. I keep coming back since I like how they treat their customers. The only thing I miss is the shuttle service which is currently part time and not always available. I ordered a cover for my Honda Ridgeline and the Autonation Honda service department installed it. The task was completed 1.5 hours earlier than quoted. The customer service at AutoNation Honda at the Tucson Auto Mall is awesome. Whatever problems you have, service people like Mr. Cheesebrough are able to take care of it with utmost patience. I was given special treatment for my special problems. I was given a ride back home and then brought back to a car that drives like new. Thanks, Mario I had a radio installed and Charles Sobota took care of all the details and the service was remarkably fast. They took me home and picked me up. The service drivers were very courteous. AJ the service representative, Mike the Service Administrator and Jonathan went overboard to provide the over and above great service. You can always depend on this team to get it done. Allison took care of my car and Mike helped out too. My car is running great because of your great service! I had an appointment in the morning, but then my battery was dead. I tried calling the dealership to tell them and I had the worst time trying to get through on the phone. The reason is that Auto Nation Tucson does not have enough employees to provide proper phone service. The mechanics and service managers did do the job after I had the car towed in. This time Gregg took care of me with excellent service and replaced my power steering pump. Mr. Beeman was very efficient and provided excellent service. It was busy. This visit I got my door fixed. I also was recommended to get my power steering fluid changed. The mechanic sent a picture of the pump. I asked what color the fluid was and they were not able to tell me. Not more than 1 year ago, I had the pump changed. Don't you put in new fluid then?

I haven't had issues on the past, but this visit will likely be my last. I had an appointment for an oil change, when I checked in, I was told it would be 60-90 minutes. I might expect that for a walk-in, but not for a scheduled appointment. It was over 90 minutes before I got the up sell. After an hour and a half, I really don't want to wait for additional service. But, I don't think the oil change had even started at that point. It was well over two hours before the service was finished. Then when I finally get in my car, there was an item from my glove box on the floor and my phone mount was broken.

Overall I was happy with my new Honda CR-V purchase at AutoNation. The salesman was attentive and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He listened and you only pay MSRP. No $1,000 over sticker or added $800 of dealer extras that you didn't ask for and it's $1,200 extra with the you never asked for or particularly wanted. It is four stars since my appointment with the finance guy to sign the papers was set , by them, for 1pm. The loan was pre approved, I put over 50% down, but just one finance person working. Waited 2.5 hrs with my wife to sign papers for 20 minutes. Ridiculous, MD and attorney's never made me wait that long. My doc's office calls and says doctor had an emergency, pls come in an hour later. Guy himself was good, poor mgmt practice to just have one when 2 or 3 are needed. I twice asked the salesmen, who was walking around around, not busy, to show me the vehicles automation. I had an older Chevy, and wanted to set thing up. Never happened, had to work thru it. And right in the materials is a sign off where salesman explains controls and does the initial setup. Fortunately I'm fairly tech savvy

UPDATE: My step daughter found her car in PHX area and this dealership had it transported to them and she gets her vehicle TODAY!! Working with Eddie now, who had also been just as awesome. They explained to us all her options, once she found a vehicle at another dealership that was 2 hrs away. They kept us informed during the whole vehicle transport. Wow!!! What can I say about this dealership and them. Fausto was so awesome to work with and the General Manager, Paul:*( were all just so personable. In June of 2022, We went to look at a gently used minivan and we ended up with a new Pilot. The sales team was very helpful and showed us everything we wanted to see. Braulio was very courteous. Unfortunately inventory is limited, which is not uncommon right now. We have been back for service and we were treated very well by the service team. They even vacuum the interior of your vehicle.

Aftwr spending $900.00 on a seevice repair, the only thing that disappointed me was that they stated the coolant level was low and they recommended a coolant flush but didn't have the courtesy to top off the fluid or offer to do so even at a price. Went to a small shop to ask them to top it off and they didn't even charge me to do it.

I had a maintance check due in November but I needed my oil change before a trip. I was worried they wouldn't have anything available for the following week, but luckily they had so much availability! Unlike Jim Click that I always had to book almost a month prior. The experience there was incredible! Super fast check in with no feeling of being rushed, the service department people are polite, well mannered and with such positive attitude. Also, they are quite humorous and smiled a lot, which I highly appreciate! The service was well done and on the time promised. I also had a check in call to reassure the time of pick up and payment and pick up was done in less than 10 minutes. I can't remember the name of the advisor I got, but he was the best! So, I called them and had filled out an online form to have them give a trade estimate on a 2021 Kia Niro touring. They had a minivan that I was interested in. I was given an confirmation of $23k for the trade from AutoNation, who supposedly guarantees the trade value for some time. I get a voice mail that it's just pending an inspection. I tell them I'm coming down to look at their van. I was just waiting to hear back regarding the van I was looking at. BUT, despite having a buy offer on my trade at $23k, I get a call a few hours later that they have changed the offer to $19k because "...they already have a Niro on their lot..." Ummm, this is AutoNation, where an appraisal is SUPPOSED TO mean it's honored at any AutoNation dealer around. Without them seeing the Niro how on earth could they have known to then change the value. Well, I guess the guy that writes up these estimates went home sick that day and I get forwarded to some kind of manager who alters, to the tune of $4k, the deal they offered me. Needless to say I did not go down there. Let me say something, I believe the guy who took over had the wrong trim level pegged on the trade when he altered it. BUT STILL, this is AutoNation, where there are not supposed to be games played.

We brought our Honda into AutoNation Honda in Tucson because of a recall notice. Initially we were going to drop the car and walk to a restaurant for breakfast. John Beaman offered to drive us to a restaurant of our choice and asked us to sit in the lounge until he could make arrangements for a car & driver. After about 10 minutes of waiting, we decided we were perfectly comfortable in the lounge where we watched NCIS Los Angeles on a large curved screen TV and had free coffee & snacks. My husband especially enjoyed the free ice cream. Best waiting experience of our lives!

The woman I made the appointment with was absolutely amazing, unfortunately, I did not get her name. I had trouble online, but she was able to take care of everything and made the appointment for Saturday, 10/8. When my husband arrived, we asked for Arianna, the person he was supposed to work with. In the past, we've always had someone take our mileage and walk around the car to do a quick inspection. This didn't happen. My husband said that she took the keys and he was encouraged to leave. An email was sent to us with the results of the inspection at 12:45p.m. and there was a button for us to "approve all" work. However, we waited with our phone, so we didn't see the email until much later. Arianna did call and told my husband about the work that needed to be done, but he opted to stick with just the lock repairs. When he went back to Honda to pick up the car, a lady with blonde hair started to help him as Arianna was chatting with the cashier. This woman said to her, "This is your customer." This is not the type of service that we expect from Honda in the 20 years we've been going here. The three stars are for the two different ladies that DID help and the mechanics. I called Brake Masters that afternoon and made an appointment for Monday, 10/10. They fixed the remainder of the problems, cheaper, and we received MUCH better customer service. While money is a factor, customer service wins out every time. I understand that everyone is entitled to a bad day, but no one likes to feel like they don't matter. Thank you, Rita Scott

I've spend hundreds at this dealership which is why I'm disappointed with this recent issue. Im a single senior woman with limited income so I try to be careful with my money. Everytime I go for an oil change they give me a list of things that " need fixing". Since I'm not a mechanic I trust that what they tell me is in good faith so Inevitably I walk out usually paying $300 plus. I do not lend my car to anyone so when I realized I was missing a new fire extinguisher from my trunk it left me thinking. The only people who recently had access to my car was Chapman Honda Automall. I gave them the benefit of doubt and figured maybe they had to get into my trunk, pulled out the extinguisher and forgot to put it back. I called to speak with the manager but had to leave a message. I gave the woman a quick explanation for my call and she was going to pass that on to the manager who was going to call me back. I never received a call to address this issue so this left me to conclude that my patronage is not important and someone working there actually stole the extinguisher. Its only a $30.00 item but to a person with limited funds, its a big deal. The Chapman Honda took $30.00 from me but lost thousands in future business.

It was hard to find the car I wanted. I called dealerships all over the state. I talked to Fausto at AutoNation Honda Tucson and they had the car I wanted but it was reserved. Fausto said he would let me know if the buyer fell through. He called me an hour or two later and said it fell through. I had to drive a couple hours to Tucson the next morning and they held the car for me while I drove down there to get it. Also, AutoNation didn't charge a Dealer Markup, or a "market adjustment" as the other dealer's call it. That was one of the biggest factors in my buying from them. I would highly recommend them.

Nice waiting areas available while waiting for car service to be done. I do want to mention that I have always had good experiences here. I read through some of the not so great comments and do understand there is no 100% perfect in this world. I think Karma can follow those who constantly put it out there and it does show in how they respond when Honda AutoNation has invited them to speak with the management. My mom took her car in to get the AC fixed 3 times; -1st time in 2020 they replaced the compressor; they charged her $1500. -2nd time in February of 2022 the AC wasn’t cooling again; they charged her $300 and said the gas leaked out and not sure where the leak was coming from so they also added ink to identify the hole.. -3rd time on 8/23/2022; the AC stopped cooling again… this time they said that the compressor had the wrong sticker and the gas that was put in it previously was the wrong kind which caused the hoes to melt.. again they wanted to change her $300. THEY replaced the compressor and put the wrong sticker to begin with!!!!!! They messed up!!!! AND most likely the gas is leaking out because it has a bad condenser since it was RECALLED for 2016 Honda Civic! !!!!! Why won’t they just replace the condenser and fix the issue???????? This place is a joke

The online service schedule is easy to use. I needed an oil change. I arrived and was met by a nice gentleman who got my information. He told me it would be about 1 hour. I went and sat down in the waiting area. True to his word I was out in an hour. I bought my car from here and always have a positive experience for any service I need done.

My experience with Fausto, my Auto Nation representative, to Auto Nation as a whole company treated me with respect and dignity. Fausto was excellent in answering my questions, being patient with me as I ironed out loan companies snafu's, and continued support to make sure I was/am happy with my purchase of the 2001 P.T. Cruiser... Even though I've had this vehicle for a little over a week and I found some minor issues that weren't detected at the dealership at the time I test drove the vehicle, I messaged Fausto and he told me no problem. The "tweaks" can be and will be repaired easily.

They will make you wait and wait and wait for the simplest things. A tire change cost me more than 5 and a half hours of my life. Worst experience imaginable. I would highly recommend not buying a car from here. They do not care about you or your time.

Excellent service! Service Mgr Paul went the extra mile to help me out. Car was stalled in a parking lot and could not be started with a jump. Paul picked me up and took me to the dealership to get a loaner car since it was late in day and I was in a jam. Car was eventually towed in and repaired. Paul salvaged my father's day weekend! True story! :-)

We previously owned a 2000 Odyssey so I had confidence in the brand and I liked what I saw on the road. The e-mail price quoting process went very smoothly and I was comfortable with the pricing. I placed a reservation deposit on the vehicle on 01/25/2022 and took delivery on 05/23/2022. In the four months the only time I had communication with my Sales Consultant regarding delivery updates was when I contacted him every three or four weeks. I think that communication could have been a little better. About three months prior to taking delivery we found a YouTube video detailing all of the functions and aspects of the vehicle so we had a pretty good idea of what to expect when we first sat in the vehicle. The Sales Consultant did not spend a lot of time orienting us to the vehicle which was really fine with us as we had a pretty good idea of what to expect, but he did ask us if we had any questions. In any event I do consider this to be a successful transaction of which I am happy I waited out the four months.

My sales man left a few weeks after buying crv hybird after looking for over a mo for crv I needed and told wrong information. Never even saw inside till leaving since took three hrs buying on Friday night and warranty SALES man . Took over three hrs. Sale man knew situations and said he. Did not feel comfortable sell crv Three week prior when we had offered to buy due to situation dealing with computers . Than knew when we came back we’re going to car max to pick up car he could not find . Earlier models Honda they were able to find and ship and knew he was going going miss sale that Friday night . Warranty SALES MAN. Offer tire and rim extra with many other things and after three hr of waiting and store closing said we get back .did and he siad even another sorry. That had big problems a yr ago when covid had started and we’re running buy a shoestring..manger Paul was only person running things. Actually offered to buy car back minuses five thousand almost a yr later and 100 of hrs of problem and failing ele problems and accidents due to car problem btw NO a spare tire.Paul Mánager Had to revamped the place… Four mos almost of car in shop trying to get problems dealt with. General manager Paul dose his best but covid and a salesman that did not understand hybrid and warranty sale man not keeping word. Would not recount crv hybrid touring but do feel paul dose the best he can and is responsible for all good things said about dealership. Auto nation is very lucky to have him.

Brought my 2015 Odyssey in for an oil leak. Was told the rear valve cover gasket was leaking. I explained that the valve cover gaskets where just replaced two weeks ago. I was told that the gaskets where not Honda parts and the only action was to replace the valve cover gaskets with Honda parts. The gaskets where replaced. A week later the car is still leaking oil. I brought the car back and was told that a spooler valve sensor was striped and leaking. The spooler valve would need to be replaced. When I showed concern over the cost to repair this oil leak. $750 for valve cover gaskets then over $1200 for the spooler valve replacement. I was told that he would try and get a better price on the valve replacement. When I picked up the car I was charged full price. I don't be leave the valve cover gaskets where bad to begin with. Even if the gaskets where bad. Why didn't they test/check for oil leaks after the gasket replacement and find the spooler valve leak. I be leave the spooler valve was the problem all along not the valve cover gaskets.

They're honest and most capable. Recently, I replaced a set of tires that had been on the car for a number of years. Those proved to be the wrong size for the car (installed by a tire dealer), so I got the right ones this time. Drives better. Over the years the same thing has happened, something is done wrong elsewhere and Auto Nation as to make it right.

Pat contacted me after I inquired about the car and met with him at 9am and by that afternoon I was signing papers. The experience was professional and pleasant. Sadly I couldn't pick up the car until the following Thursday due to windshield replacement and new tires. Fine. Until I inquired about the 5 day return policy/guarantee. I was told that it expired before I even took ownership of the vehicle! "thats just the way it is", is what I was told. The manager gave me an unofficial 4 days over the weekend until Monday. Whatever. I feel like I was just being appeased at this point. There are other issues that need to be taken care of and have yet to be contacted. Ive had no follow-up from #AutoNation other than spam emails asking for reviews. My calls have not been returned either. I feel like if a customer is purchasing a vehicle in these turbulent times, the experience should be stepped up and shown some appreciation. A large purchase requires a certain level of customer service and that includes after the purchase. Receiving zero follow-up is very disappointing. BUYER BEWARE ! I had been going to this dealership for many years, for service and for vehicle purchase. At one of the service appointments, I had them check my burned out map lights. They gave me an estimate of $ 240, for “rewiring” with no other explanation. I got home and did some research, and ended up replacing the switches, for $ 15.00. I’m sure they won’t miss me. They’ll find another “victim “ to satisfy their financial goals.

Not your average dealership. These folks don't try any of the old tactics. They are honest and to the point. We never felt pressured or rushed. The process DOES take time! This is not an Amazon Prime order. But our salesperson made sure we were comfortable, we were offered water and snacks, and kept in the loop the whole way through.

I purchased a used Honda Fit from AutoNation Honda Tucson on AUGUST 5, 2021. It is now November 4, 2021 and I still do not have a license plate. I was issued a temporary at the time of purchase, but it expired in the middle of September. I contacted the DMV and was told they had not received completed paperwork from the dealership. I went back to AutoNation Honda and they blamed it on the DMV, but issued me a new temporary registration. This second temporary has now expired and again the DMV says paperwork from the deslership is incomplete. I am not happy and want AutoNation Honda Tucson to get this fixed!

I've been going to Autonation Honda for service and vehicle purchases since it was Dobbs Honda in the 1980s. Because of the great service I have received over the years, I routinely take my Hondas in for regular maintenance at Autonation. I'm a longtime, loyal customer. On a recent visit for maintenance, however, there was a misunderstanding about the level of service I requested. After discussing my concern with management, the general manager and lead service advisor were highly responsive to my complaint. They wanted to make it right and they did make it right - above and beyond what I expected. The Autonation service department is all about excellent customer service and satisfaction. I feel management not only satisfied but amazed me with their attention to my concerns. Thank you Paul and Scott for your outstanding response.

We purchased a new vehicle from AutoNation last year, which arrived from overseas in November 2020. One thing my wife really wanted was "Apple Car Play," and she was very clear about that with AutoNation prior to purchasing the vehicle. Unfortunately, this feature never worked properly, from the very beginning. Due to apparently unsolvable technical issues (we found out we are not the only ones with this problem), and even after lots of time spent with the car in and out of AutoNation's shop, we were finally told by AutoNation in August 2021 that they couldn't fix it, and that our only option would be to go through an appeal process with Honda headquarters. Imagine going to a store to buy a television, and when you get home the TV is not working. You take it back to the store, and instead of helping you, the manager says, "Too bad for you. Guess you'll have to contact the maker of the TV." Of course, that would never happen. But that's what we got at AutoNation. They were nice about it, but that's the best I can say. Could they have offered to pay for a new audio system? Yes. It would have cost them $400-$500. But instead, they made it our problem. So instead of securing a loyal customer, they alienated an entire family. And we'll be spreading the word, as I'm doing now.

9.1.21 update: I went back to the dealership a week later because my car was still having issues with the alternator. I told the people the same thing. I believe that there is an electrical issue that keeps having my car kill the alternators. The mechanic said to me again, "oh, you need to have an OME alternator because that's what's causing all of these issues." At this point, I just needed to have a reliable car again, so I paid $650 to get my alternator replaced with a different aftermarket alternator because there were no Honda alternators available. After he replaces the alternator and I pay, the mechanic comes in and says that "there is probably an electrical issue because the output wiring was kinked and that may need to be replaced." Like you have got to be kidding me. I have said from the beginning that there was an electrical issue, but the mechanic was hellbent on having me pay for a new alternator. The mechanic said that he unkinked the wire, so that shouldn't have any more issues. However, when I got home after having a NEW alternator replaced and checked the alternator myself, it was reading at 12.3 again. I have paid a grand total of $825 so far, and I am still having issues with my car because their mechanics would not listen to me when I said what the issue was. I truly believe that they are dismissing me because I am a woman. I would never recommend this place to anyone. However, I'm unfortunately stuck with continuing to go back to them because I have already sunk so much money into them. If you're having issues with your Honda, go anywhere else. I'm new to Tucson, and I thought going to the dealership would be my safest option, but I can tell you that is not the case. 9.3.21 experience: Quick ways to spot that a mechanic is out to get you for your money: Before they even tell you what is wrong with your car, they come out of the gate saying that you need new tires and breaks. Side note, I bought brand new tires less than ten months ago. I scheduled my appointment because my Civic has eaten 3 alternators within the last month. I figured that there must be an electrical issue because there is no reason this should happen. So I went in for my 7:20 AM appointment to figure out what was wrong, and 3 HOURS later, and with $175 out of my pocket, I was told that I needed new tires, breaks, and a honda specific alternator. What gets me is that my car passed the alternator test, but I would need to get an OME alternator even though my car passed the load test. I was then told that the mechanic didn't find anything wrong with the electrical, but they "charged the alternator." For those unfamiliar with cars, "charging the alternator" is not a thing. I am so upset that I had to pay $175, and I still didn't find out what was wrong with my car, and I was given wrong advice on the actual issue. Since I have a Honda, it would be best to go to the dealership to figure out what was wrong with my car. However, that was not the case. Therefore, I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

We recently bought a 2021 Honda Pilot from AutoNation Honda. Our experience at the dealership was very good. Our salesman was laid back, not pushy, and accommodating. Bob Sr. and the sales team made us feel comfortable making our decision - there was no pressure. We spent several hours at the dealership. Although we came with some knowledge about the Honda products we were interested in, Bob and the team patiently answered questions, and allowed us generous time testing the vehicles on our own. Once we made our decision, the finance folks expedited the sale, making our purchase smooth and timely. And having bought our beautiful car, we were invited back to the dealership for a tutorial (with Bob Jr.), patiently explaining all of the electronic bells and whistles that came with our vehicle. Our experience throughout has been positive and we would recommend AutoNation Honda Tucson Auto Mall for anyone interested in purchasing a Honda.

As much as I love my HR-V, my recent experience with the service department was not a good one. My appointment was a recall and required a software installation. My service rep said my wait time would be 1 to 1.5 hrs. At the 2 hour mark, I was told my car would be ready in 5 minutes. After another 15 minutes passed, my service rep was nowhere to be found and my keys were on his desk. He had gone to lunch. So unprofessional and disrespectful. Apparently my time is not valuable, only my money. So, no, I don’t recommend.

Poor service! Had a 10AM appointment for an oil change and the service tech said it would only be a short wait. The service on my car didn't even begin until 11:30AM!!-this being after I was told it would be ready in about 10 minutes at 11AM. A lot of misinformation and BS. The service manager finally took care of this situation. When I was handed my keys, I wasn't even told where my car was located in the sea of Honda's. Won't be using the service at this dealership in the future.

When I got my Ridgeline back it smelled like smoke and I don't smoke and no one ever smoked in my truck. I called them and left a message but no one returned my call. Not sure if my truck was smoked in or the person who was in it smelled of smoke. Not happy about the smoke!

I took my car in at 8:40 for my appt and was told it would be done by 10. All I had done was an oil change tire rotation/balance and a wiper blade replaced. At 10:20 I hadn't heard from the service department about my car so I went up and asked what was going on, was told I will go check. At 10:30 he finally got up went outside came back in and said "oh, good news they'll be done in 30 minutes bad news they are balancing all the tires not just the one that I asked them to do so we won't charge you for the other 3 tires. My bill for rotation $44. Well at another local tire shop balancing is $10/tire so either billed for it or price gouging if is $44 a tire. I even called back later and asked how much tire rotation balance was and was given a whole nether price. Not offering rides home anymore so I was waiting (Thinking I would be home by 1015) it was very frustrating because I had company arrive at my house at 1030. They had to sit outside my house in the heat waiting until I got home as didn't leave dealership until 11. Overall everyone unprofessional, nobody seemed happy I've been going to this dealership for many many years and a lot has changed and not to the best

Terrible, terrible service. I have been emailing back and forth with a representative on a car that I was interested in buying for 3-4 weeks. I built rapport with this person, Alison Lynch, and she was the only person who knew what I was looking for in a car. I set an appointment to meet with her letting her know that I was ready to purchase, cash in hand. She told me before my appointment that if I am late or if anything changes to let her know and that she would return the same courtesy. I get there for my appointment and she completely dismissed our appointment that we had set to help customers who just walked into the dealership. Needless to say, her lack of professionalism cost them a sale. I brought this up to the general manager Paul Peranzi, and instead of rectifying this unprofessional behavior, he completely ignored my emails, and raised the price of the quote on the car I was interested in, simply because I pointed out her unprofessional behavior. Overall a very bad experience, terrible management, would not recommend anyone go through this dealership. They do not respect their customers. I ended up purchasing a car through Precision Toyota, who had 100x better service and management than Autonation Tucson. Don’t ever spend money at a company who doesn’t respect their customers. Period.

I asked someone in the showroom if there was a manager in the service department I was told he was out due to health concerns. He offered to find someone else to help me but came back and told me he was in a meeting. Many more issues, but don't have the space here to voice them. I spent $41 on an oils change and was very upset by the wait and when I checked out, the service advisor handed me my keys and paperwork and never even told me where my car was. There was not a timeline attached to the agreement, and because of Covid, we did not drive our car much over the last year. My Honda Pilot is now 11 years old and in those 11 years I haven't had a problem with service until this last visit. I Had an appointment for PM for an oil change, tire rotation, and new battery. After a little over an hour wait my car was still not taken into a service bay. I complained and it went in about 15 minutes later. But it was still almost 4 P.M. before my car was completed. The service rep apologized and explained they were just overwhelmed that day (Perhaps a mechanic or two were out sick) and took $20 off my bill. So in over 10 years this is the first time I was disappointed, so I would still highly recommend them.

I had this scary experience of having my tire blowout on the highway. We had the car towed to Honda Auto Mall in Tucson. The manager of this Honda dealer actually requested I FUDGE MY REVIEW to give EXCELLENT ratings !!!!! Before buying my 2020 Accord I had previously been at that facility in 2007 when I purchased a 2007 Accord. Then it was Dobbs Honda. Clearly, AutoNation hasn't spent EVEN A PENNY on improving, updating or maintaining your facility -not that it was a standout-out even in 2007 !!!!! Shabby, unkempt, worn-down, delapidated are the kindest words I can give for the depressing showroom, customer waiting area and every other square inch. Their email system is NOT working properly. I received TWO IDENTICAL COPIES OF MESSAGES. Previously, I got TWO COPIES of the confirmation of appointment and TWO COPIES of each of the (TOO MANY) reminders of the appointment (I believe that was 6 in total !!!) ENOUGH IS ENOUGH !

I came in for the twelve-thousand mile service on my Honda Civic, and I have no complaints about that. The problem for me was that the service writer wore his mask pulled down over his chin the whole time I was there, and that area is rather cramped and has a lot of people moving around, so I couldn't stand back very far. I should have waited outside but he was asking me questions and I had to stay there. Now I'm worried about being exposed to covid. I have an appointment to get tested but not until next week, the soonest I could get one. It's easy to think that we're through the worst of this pandemic, but we're still seeing thirty-thousand to fifty-thousand new cases a day in the US and we can't let our guards down. It's not an exaggeration to say that one mistake could cost us our life. Keeping their customers safe is job-one, and nothing else matters if they don't do that first. I hope the service manager will get on this and ensure that all employees wear properly fitter masks at all times.

I go to the shop for their expertise. I do a lot of auto repair myself, but when I get stuck I go to the experts. They have come through in the past but they failed this time. In addition, they guessed on what the problem was which cost me $500; in my earlier auto repair days thats what I did and it never ended well. Finally, they thru their hands up and blamed on a part that I had just replaced 2 weeks prior(Honda OEM.) I am back to square 1. 3 stars cuz they usually come through.

After a significant search of Phoenix Area Honda dealers, I chose to 'cast my web' further, and went online with AutoNation - Honda - Tucson to search for our ideal retirement vehicle. Both of us now on fixed income, we had managed to put aside a sum of money that we felt should provide us with a dependable, fuel efficient, yet fun auto. I understand that not all car buyers would recommend announcing that figure up front, but I recommend it unless you're partial to long negotiations. Which would be okay, we enjoyed our interchanges with the gregarious sales folks here. They were helpful and straightforward. We did find a dependable, fuel efficient, fun auto in their new 2020 Honda Accord EX Hybrid. but the day ran short, the banks were closed, and we didn't reach an agreement. We returned Monday, after establishing an acceptable price, and voila, before we knew it, we were getting an orientation to all the electronic features Honda brings to their car lines. We drove home (90 some miles away on an Interstate) and registered a 43.6 miles per gallon fuel consumption, running at the interstate speed limits (75 mostly, 65 for the rest). Our most pleasant car-buying experience yet!

Took car in for an oil change + Tire Rotation. Service Advisor promptly greeted me and was pleasant. Wait area was spaced nicely. Service time frame was good. My only complaint is that a safety inspection was included during which the technician measured the tire tread but apparently didn't bother to check how much air was in the tires because 3 days later, my car alerted me that my tire pressures were very low. That was annoying and that is the only reason I dropped the rating from 5 stars to 4.

Had our vehicle serviced and no more than a mile down the road and our tire pressure light came on. The techs performing the tire rotation should’ve done a better job with tire the pressures. They’re still reading the same days later so it shouldn’t be a nail. Just frustrated with their quality of work for the simplest job. Other than that the front desk staff were professional to us.

there 125 point check list says that the motor mounts were good but infact i had to replace 3 of them. im 78 years old and i felt to nervous to drive vehicle back to dealer so i had a local mechanic fix mounts and hoped dealership would make some good on there falsification of the check list but when i went back and explained the problem i got no understanding except some fine print bs about the 90 day warranty...even though i put less than 250 miles on it..makes me wonder what else im going to have to fix. little advice..no matter how old or young you are if you buy from this dealership take your check list in to your own mechanic and have them go through dealerships check list..could save you LOTS of money time and hassle in the end.

I recently purchased a new Honda Fit at Auto Nation. I was lucky to get Aaron as my salesperson. Even though I did my research, I still dislike the whole process of purchasing a car. Truthfully, Aaron made it easy. I call him, “Mr. Okay,” because mostly that was his response to my requests and questions. He also answered my e mails almost immediately, and was clear in his hours of availability, his info about the car, and his ease of manner. NO GAMES. I got my bottom price quickly with lots of price information from the dealership. Aaron’s real accomplishment was in fitting his 6’ 7” frame into the passenger side of my Honda Fit. Most impressive. I had such a great experience at this dealership recently! Ed was my technician and he and his team took such amazing care of me - truly, the spirit of service. Not only did I have a complicated issue with my Accord, I currently have a complicated schedule filled with days that start before they open and end after they close. Ed fit me in the already-full schedule as soon as I had an engine light go off and worked with me to both discern the problem AND make sure I could still get where I needed to. A fabulous car buying experience. We began our shopping trip online. We looked at various Honda dealerships in Southern Arizona. AutoNation's transparent pricing, fair trade in allowance and Lack of ridiculous, phoney, tacked-on fees won our business. We arrived in the evening, took the vehicle for a test drive and decided to buy with our trade. The transaction was a joy. We dealt with Nick online and by phone, then Alison met with us for everything else. Do your research, and read the fine print from all your dealer choices. Other dealerships had added fees for industry standard equipment. They also advertised their vehicles at one price, then quoted higher when it came to the actual purchase, due to add-ons that weren't disclosed. It was very disappointing. AutoNation did not engage in any of those deceptive practices. You will do yourself justice by giving them a chance to win your business.

Referred to this dealer by the Costco Auto Buy program. Once we agreed on the price for the car, it took 3 hours for us to get to the person who did the final paperwork signing. Their excuse was that there were several other people buying at the same time and they were short-handed due to the covid-19 problem. If that was the case, they should have told us that, and had us come back in a few hours when they were ready for us. Instead they kept saying it would only be a "little bit longer". We should have walked out. I would recommend that to anyone who has this issue. WALK OUT! Also when we got the the "finance and insurance" person for the signing he put on a high-pressure sales pitch to buy and extended warranty for about $5,000 because the car had a "lot of computer components, and they don't hold up well in the Arizona heat" and would fail and were not covered by the manufacture's warranty. If Honda can't produce a car that won't hold up in the normal operating conditions of Arizona (heat in the summer), then why are they selling cars here? Also this person wouldn't take or respect our "no" that we weren't interested. My suggestion is to find another dealer - there's another one here or go to one in another city - there's several within a reasonable driving distance.

I was one of the first to arrive and I staked out a small table in the show room which had the possibility of social distancing. I found it interesting that those who gravitated to this area seemed to have the same desire. In the meantime. the car was being serviced in a time effective manner with oil change, filter, tire rotation and alignment. The car really drove nice as I headed home.

At Tucson AutoNation Honda Auto Mall our service advisor Mike Pescatore was Excellent. Mike told us that he would keep us informed about the progress of our service visit. Mike even initiated Interim Service calls to our cell phone to give us an update about when our Honda would be ready for pick up. Mike Pescatore escorted us to the Billing Window to make certain all went smoothly. Mike drove our Honda to us at the front door with a big Smile. Mike Pescatore exemplifies Superb customer service. Mike is fortunate to have a Fantastic GM, Greg Polson, supporting him.

I bought the crv new. I discovered that the power latch for the right rear seat did notwork. Made appointment to have it corrected and told service assistant service mgr what what was wrong and after two hours I asked what the status was. I was told they did not have the part in stock and that it might be in w/ 5 days and I would have to make another appointment . Other than that everything was great.

Took car in because of leaking front suspension bushing. Service tech found there was an extended warranty and did bushings on both sides plus a wheel alignment. Saved me about $1,000. Gave me an estimated time for when the job would be completed and it was done earlier than quoted.

Intermittant SRS warning problem: dealer found no problem at this time and cleared any codes. Problem could be due to handicapped conversion on this vehicle. In past this service dept. has been very reliable working on previous Odyssey.
