This was the most seamless experience I have ever had at a New car store. I own independent used car stores in Phoenix, but needed a new car for my college aged daughter. I walked out of their store realizing I needed to make changes my customer experience. Paul Peranzi the GM personally greeted us and made sure we were taken care of, I felt like we were the only ones in the store. Thank you to everyone at Autonation Honda Tucson!

I must say, I never thought I would take my car in to a service center, let alone agree to some one else ticker inside my engine bay. After going through a traumatizing accident in orange county with a certain dealership service center, 6 long years and I never looked at a dealership service until this time around. New to the state, new to the Autonation Honda service center, needless to say my anxiety and sensitivity were set to new limitations. The service representative by the name of Anthony Burgess was not only kind but got on a level with me where he felt like a friend rather than a service tep trying to up sell you. I know my parts, I know my labor, I know the automechanics~ other that the fact that the parts required took longer than anticipated, this individual worked with me on times, price, estimations, and the while 9-yards. With a daily civic, I love my car, I needed a guy to show me the same amount of respect to car. With minor interior fabric grease strains, and minor electronics reset functions on a couple of items, I must say, I think I'll leave it to Anthony to watch out for my car and be honest with me. Trust is hard to come by with an honest mechanic, when you're putting you're life on the line inside of a metal can with wheels going 80 down the road. Thank you for taking care of my car buddy~ thank you for keeping us safe inside of our car as we drive literally across the country in September!!!

I have a 2017 #Honda #Civic with 43,000 miles on it. The A/C went out on the car. I took it into #AutonationTucson. They told me that it would be $149 to look at it. ( just received a coupon from them for $0 inspection fee) They diagnosed the problem as being a compressor. The bill was $2800. Unbelievable!!! I've been a loyal #Honda customer for 15 years. This will probably be the last #Honda that I buy. The quality of the #Honda product has gone down. Additionally, #AutonationTucson is very unreasonable in their pricing. I can't imagine going back to that dealership.

I took my CRV to have side molding put on and a roof rack. They did a great job. Mr. Beaman noticed a chip in my paint and set up an appointment to have it fixed. I am very happy with the customer service I have received at AutoNation Honda Tucson Auto Mall

Overall Autonation Honda was good. There was a hiccup that I had to address in person. My other car was waiting on parts, that could take up to 6 months. I spoke with what I thought was head of sales. I told him what I was looking for, my payment requirements , my credit rating and what I could put down along with the trade in........I did not hear from him/ them for 1 week. I went down on my next day off....And " wow" we found a car in a matter of minutes. Everything from then on went smooth, quick and great. I just DO NOT understand why it took the extra week.....all while I was renting a car...since they had no loaners . .

Had an appointed set up by geico so I wouldn't have to worry about doing payments I told the guy that "helping me" that when I talked over the phone with the auto nation employee he said he talked to my insurance and to go on ahead and drop of the car. This guy kept trying to charge me and would not listen now I have to come back another day when I finally have time to drop of the car with the correct person. He said I had no appointments the days I said yet I have incoming phone call record of them calling me

As a first time buyer I had alot of things I was worried about with buying from a dealership, but Jose and the whole team made literally everything less stressful and I'm very happy that I decided to buy from them! I let Jose know what type of used car I was looking for and what price range and after looking at a few and me backing out on one lol he found me the PERRFECT car! I'm so in love with it and it's even way better then the initial cars I was telling him I liked in the first place😅. What's even better though is I stayed within my price range which honestly I still can't believe. I work a really tight schedule so I couldn't always drop in to see the car, but Jose and the team were really good with calling me and leaving messages about any updates and/ or repairs that were made on the car since I purchased a trade in vehicle. Overall, my experience working with them over the last few months to find the right car for me was great and I'd definitely be recommending them to my family and friends. Thank u Jose and the whole Autonation Honda Team!

The online service schedule is easy to use. I needed an oil change. I arrived and was met by a nice gentleman who got my information. He told me it would be about 1 hour. I went and sat down in the waiting area. True to his word I was out in an hour. I bought my car from here and always have a positive experience for any service I need done.

I have been going to Autonation Honda since 2013. Recently I had my cars' front struts replaced for a 3rd time in less than a year. The total for all of this is now over $4,000, and they have had my car for over 3 weeks in all. This caused me to use leave from work and be without a car numerous times. They keep replacing the struts (KYB and Monroe) and recently replaced my sub frame due to a bolt that was stripped. I have my car back and a knocking noise from the struts is still being heard, but now it is on the side that was not an issue.

My experience with Fausto, my Auto Nation representative, to Auto Nation as a whole company treated me with respect and dignity. Fausto was excellent in answering my questions, being patient with me as I ironed out loan companies snafu's, and continued support to make sure I was/am happy with my purchase of the 2001 P.T. Cruiser... Even though I've had this vehicle for a little over a week and I found some minor issues that weren't detected at the dealership at the time I test drove the vehicle, I messaged Fausto and he told me no problem. The "tweaks" can be and will be repaired easily.

I have been here for over two and a half hours, just to get a tire change. This is after sitting here for over two and a half hours on Saturday just to be told they didn’t have my tire in stock…. You’d think that since I spent so much time on Saturday waiting for nothing that they would get on my car right as soon as my appointment time hits….. but it took them two hours just to get my car up on the rack. Terribly slow company that doesn’t care about your time. And it’s not like they have a shuttle available like every other car dealership on the planet. If you value your time do not buy a car or have it serviced here. You will highly regret it. I understand dealerships are slower than other places by nature. But auto nation Honda of Tucson takes it to a new level.

This was by far the BEST experience I have ever had at any dealership. The staff was friendly, extremely efficient, knowledgeable and honest! If a service that was requested (ie tire rotation) wasn't needed they did not charge me. The waiting area was fully stocked with beverages and they even have free ice cream!!

Entering into the dealership, I was impressed and thankful that my family and I were immediately addressed with kindness and professionalism because we did not receive that at the previous dealership across the street (Kia). Our salesman was Assad. Assad was great! We never felt pressure to buy, he answered all of our questions and overall, Assad did a great job treating us right and getting us into the right car for my family. The manager Charlie however... he made a very dumb decision that was unprofessional and almost lost him a sale for both him and his employee Assad. If it wasn't for Assad, I was about to buy my Honda pilot elsewhere. Thank you Assad for being a good guy and a great salesman. Paul picked me up and took me to the dealership to get a loaner car since it was late in day and I was in a jam. Car was eventually towed in and repaired. Paul salvaged my father's day weekend! Bought a car there and paid cash but it took a very long time to process the transaction. It was a cash sale but it still took us too long to get the keys and get out. Then they had copier problems and I had to come back to get the finalization of paperwork. We have bought several cars in the past, some financed, and this was by far the most complicated and took way too long. Have taken the car in to get service and they did a good job. It was only a tire but they got on it right away.

I showed up a few hours early for my appointment, they were really busy. Instead of being annoyed I was early, they checked my car in with nothing being said about being early. In the past at another dealer, this was a problem. The work on my car was done in exactly the time frame promised.

There was a huge change in the quality of routine service at Honda compared with my many previous visits (falling from 5 to 2 stars). I mostly blame the front desk people who made no effort to manage the appointment with the people doing the work in the service center. The front desk help (2 different people) were unresponsive, incompetent and had a couldn’t care less attitude, a big deterioration from previous appointments. They seemed to be more focused on “up selling” services. The car was hoisted up and sat for a long time without anyone working on it despite me talking with the front desk staff several times to try to get things moving forward. It wasn’t until Scott from the service department came to apologize that things finally got going. When Scott came out they still hadn’t changed the oil this being 2 hours from when my car was taken in. I was told 11/2 hours for the service but instead I waited almost 3 hours for the appointment to be completed. Without Scott’s help it would have been longer. Get your act together Honda Autonation!

Couldn’t be happier with our Honda Tuscon experience. We bought a used 2016 Honda Odyssey and it’s in perfect condition! We had it checked by our local mechanic in Gilbert and they haven’t seen such a great car in a while. Matt Nenadic was awesome to deal with in the sales department, and the managers were very curious and professional, while being personable. Highly recommend Matt Nenadic if you are looking. He communicates fast and answers questions efficiently, without being pushy or pressured to make a decision. I never once felt uncomfortable with the purchase process. Keep up the good work in customer service guys, it doesn’t go unnoticed.

Had a wonderful experience for my first service after getting my car. Once when I pulled up they greeted me and walked with me to do an inspection. They listened to me for exactly what I needed and wanted and did not push anything unnecessary. They took my car for a wash which was so kind and unexpected. AutoNation Honda at Tucson Auto Mall is a mediocre place to go car shopping in my opinion. I mean, the service is great, and the cars themselves look cool. It's just the way that costumers are treated. There's not really anything interesting for anyone for any age to do while waiting. There's a TV there. But you're not even allowed to change the channel and watch something else while you're waiting. So you're stuck watching this 1 channel you don't even like. One time, I went to the vending machine at this place. When I was inserting my cash to get some M&M's and a Coke, it said "Exact change only". Most vending machines give you your change back. So, this vending machine expects you to pay for some overpriced candy & soda. If you don't want any negative feedback, I recommend you please improve your place in order to satisfy your customers.

Purchase experience: I knew what I wanted but the sales person helped me into a 202- instead of a used vehicle. Yes it was more than I intended to spend but still believe the benefits of the new car were worth the increased cost. When it came time to sign paperwork, the financing team made several mistakes which led me to need to return to the dealership to re-sign and also cost the dealer money since I had signed a contract that they had calculated incorrectly. My payment should have been a bit more than it is. Good for them for honoring it. Service: My purchase included several oil changes. The first time I took it in, it was very quick and easy. The second time, it was very clear that the service department had overbooked their day. What should have been a 1 hour to 75 minute service became a 2 hour and 15 minute service. Thankfully I brought work to do, but I had to be out of my office far too long on a day that I needed to be there to help my new assistant get familiar with important issues. Overall I’ve always had a great experience with this dealership but the trouble with financing and the long service appointment was inconvenient.

It’s comfortable, responsive and enough room for all my stuff and a couple dogs if we feel like taking a road trip. Couldn’t be happier with my buying experience. I was satisfied that I paid a fair price without a bunch of tacked on fees for things I didn’t understand that seemed to be the norm for dealers in both Phoenix and another local Honda dealer. I've always been very satisfied with my service (and sales) experience at AutoNation (formerly Dobbs) Honda. My most recent experience with Service was typical. Gregg Cheeseborough kept me informed throughout on what was going on with my car, and the wait time was very reasonable. I always bring my Hondas here for maintenance. The proof is in the results: Three new Hondas purchased here since 2004, and they have all stayed in great shape. Obviously it's working for me. Keep up the great work, guys! **It's now June of 2022, and I continue to be well satisfied with AutoNation Honda in Tucson. I have now bought 5 new Hondas through them, and always have them serviced here. I find the service managers to be helpful and honest. Very pleased with AutoNation.

We brought our car in the first time and had to have the check engine light reset. Then we had to bring it in a second time for a check engine light and they ended up doing 3,000 dollars worth of work and had our car for 2 and a half weeks. Six months later we had to bring the car in for the same code on the check engine light. The work was still under warranty, but they conveniently found something else that wasn't covered and tried to charge us 4,100 dollars to fix something they already worked on. When we got the actual quote it came out to almost 6,000 dollars cause they added more things on without telling us. We took our car somewhere else and were able to get the same thing fixed that they wanted 4100 for about 3700 less. I don't see how this could possibly be legal with that much of a price difference. What is really interesting is that if they checked everything like they said they did they would have found out that the problem was the Catalytic converter in the first place.

Friendly, attentive and knowledgeable sales staff. I showed up early for my appointment and it wasn’t a problem, as far as I could tell. Purchase process was straight forward and efficient. All my questions were answered, although there were few. AutoNation staff was so informative and thorough. All purchase pricing and options were clearly explained and they also worked with my bank on financing. My initial contact with AutoNation was online. I was able to schedule an appointment to see the vehicle in which I was interested. This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from AutoNation and as with the first time, I am very happy with the entire process. My husband needed to replace his car and we settled on a new 2022 Honda Accord. We had heard cars where cheaper in Phoenix, but when my husband called the Phoenix Honda dealerships, each essentially wanted to charge $5K over MSRP by having many dealer-paid unneeded extras, a market adjustment fee, or both. AutoNation Honda of Tucson just charged a few hundred dollars over MSRP to cover window tinting, which we would have paid for anyway..

As a 10 years plus costumer my current experiences has been my best ones so far. I generally come here for my car maintenance (Honda Civic)and have had a few visits that didn't go OK but today. I reschedule my appointment from last weekend (May 21 @2:15) due to not feeling well and for respect to the Staff and the other costumers that honestly is been always helpful. So I called Saturday May 21 2022 in the morning to reschedule my appointment for the next coming weekend (5.28.2022) I arrived one hour earlier to drop off my vehicle and The "nice" Service Writer did not find my appointment. According to him I was reschedule for June 4 =^( I don't want to wait that long is my Oil change and the % of used on the vehicle is 20% I don't want to drive like that and you guys always give me a recommendation to do the oil change ASAP I got UNDER 20%. Even I got post card reminders about it from you. Well he mention no is the 5% ( If someone lie to me? engine light come out at -20% ) The new Manager shows not empathy playing with the PC not ad simple apologize for the confusion!?, but for sure She is looking for the responsible. She don't take ownership or at list give me a good explanation, solution or a simple apologize. Very rude, not polite looking for "error" in the system. More like micro Management and honestly very dishonest in her answerers like She don't even care about it but she did not mention her name but the person how assist me to reschedule my appointment that If she made an error is not a big deal but the rest of the poor Management around the all situation. Bought a brand new vehicle from Eddie and after 3k miles I caught a nail that could not be fixed. Called Eddie up and he immediately helped me find the exact replacement tire with the parts department. Parts department was able to locate the tire and get it delivered to the shop faster then anyone in town. Service advisor John was able to beat every price in town and get my vehicle in and out fairly quick. The group really went above and beyond, after multiple negative interactions at other dealerships (Chapman and Jim click), I finally found a dealer that is empathetic and is willing to help.

One of the recommended services I agreed to and scheduled for my service appointment (fuel system cleaning) was not performed, and instead a different service that I did not need (transmission service) was done. I just had the transmission serviced at this same dealership the last time the vehicle was serviced 10k miles ago or so with no issues or complaints. The car was dropped off and picked up by a friend due to work obligations during the service appointment, otherwise I would have realized the problem at pickup. No explanation was given as to why the scheduled service was not performed and why the transmission was unnecessarily serviced. Also, have not received a call back despite multiple calls and two voicemails left to the service manager explaining the issue and providing options to correct the situation. I will not be bringing my Honda vehicle for service here again, or purchasing a vehicle from this dealership in the future.

I got a lease and it was very difficult getting information on what items were part of the lease and what the money factor was. It was very high considering my credit rating. Their attitude was that was a good factor and that was what they could charge since they were Honda. I also had to contact them 3 times to find out what happened to my security deposit. I finally had to go into the dealership to find out that they had refunded the money to my credit card rather than including it in the car transaction.

Appointment times are mere suggestions. Service done well but hours later than stated, eager to take all comers and generate "add on Services" , caused my service to involve unforseen 5 hours wait, with only food service by walking 30 minutes in the heat to restaurants on a busy street ( no shuttle or accomodations by Auto Nation). Avoid this nightmare and choose a business with a plan to service you as quoted.

I went in at opening to look at a used 2019 Honda Odyssey Touring, and as I was looking at the vehicle, our sales associate, Aaron, came back telling us that we could not test drive. He told me that someone called in just before we arrived and made a reservation over the phone. I was rather upset because I went online the morning before to make an appointment for this vehicle but did not hear back from the dealership. It was not Aaron's fault that this had happened so he spoke with the GM, Paul. Paul came out and explained the situation, offered to bring the vehicle to me for a test drive if it did not get purchased at the appointment. He also offered to work with us if we wanted to consider a new vehicle. At this point I was fairly closed off to the idea because of how things had gone to this point. After leaving to think things over and grab some coffee, I decided to come back and speak to Paul about their inventory and my situation. At this point, everything turned around. Paul and Aaron were great with working with me effectively and efficiently to look over the vehicle, test drive, and go over my trade-in and purchase options. I told them I had my own financing pre-approved and it was smooth sailing from there. I worked with Mario in finance who was friendly, not pushy whatsoever (compared to some dealerships I've dealt with), and helpful in making the paperwork quick and easy. I did not anticipate buying a new vehicle but the vehicle was just what I needed at a fair and affordable price. This dealership is far different from any other dealership I've dealt with before and I was glad to have worked with Aaron, Paul and Mario.

That had big problems a yr ago when covid had started and we’re running buy a shoestring..manger Paul was only person running things. Actually offered to buy car back minuses five thousand almost a yr later and 100 of hrs of problem and failing ele problems and accidents due to car problem btw NO a spare tire.Paul Mánager Had to revamped the place… Four mos almost of car in shop trying to get problems dealt with. General manager Paul dose his best but covid and a salesman that did not understand hybrid and warranty sale man not keeping word. Would not recount crv hybrid touring but do feel paul dose the best he can and is responsible for all good things said about dealership. Auto nation is very lucky to have him.

Brought my 2015 Odyssey in for an oil leak. Was told the rear valve cover gasket was leaking. I explained that the valve cover gaskets where just replaced two weeks ago. I was told that the gaskets where not Honda parts and the only action was to replace the valve cover gaskets with Honda parts. The gaskets where replaced. A week later the car is still leaking oil. I brought the car back and was told that a spooler valve sensor was striped and leaking. The spooler valve would need to be replaced. When I showed concern over the cost to repair this oil leak. $750 for valve cover gaskets then over $1200 for the spooler valve replacement. I was told that he would try and get a better price on the valve replacement. When I picked up the car I was charged full price. I don't be leave the valve cover gaskets where bad to begin with. Even if the gaskets where bad. Why didn't they test/check for oil leaks after the gasket replacement and find the spooler valve leak. I be leave the spooler valve was the problem all along not the valve cover gaskets.

Took my 2022 Honda HR-V to Autonation at the Auto Mall in April to have it serviced prior to a summer trip. John Beeman greeted me promptly and we went over the multi-service inspection I wanted done. After an hour, the car was finished, the service that was performed was explained and the auto mechanic (Alex Vaught) also popped in to see if I had any questions and assured me that the car was in excellent condition for the trip. My son's PT Cruiser was on its deathbed and unfortunately, he had to get another vehicle in this car market. I helped him by searching online for preowned vehicles at new car dealerships. While all of the dealerships in Tucson had a few options of cars priced under 15 k/under 90 k mileage on their websites; after calling them it turned out that most of those cars had been sold. So timing is important and having an incredible salesperson is everything! When I contacted AutoNation Honda regarding a 2014 Kia Forte, Frank reached out letting me know they still had to do the inspection. As soon as it was available, we stopped by AutoNation Honda and Frank showed us the Forte - the next day my son purchased it. The car market is horrible now, but having Frank and AutoNation Honda Tucson Auto Mall helping us made the entire experience much better. I highly recommend AutoNation Honda and their salesperson Frank.

Those proved to be the wrong size for the car (installed by a tire dealer), so I got the right ones this time. Drives better. Well this was my third Honda purchase, the first two were CRV's and this time I purchased a 2022 Pilot. Pat was the salesman and he was great! I also met several other sales people and the final closer who meets with you to sign paperwork. I must say they were all very nice and also very accommodating. I have gotten all the service done at Auto Nation also and I've always been very happy with everything.

On April 8 morning I had a service rep named John B. who lied to me about the price quote for wheel alignment. The price for the wheel alignment he told me over the phone $10 with coolant flush $165, but changed to $99 for wheel alignment when he asked me to sign on the service agreement. I told him this is not the price you told me over the phone. I still remembered he said that "It is not much of a price to do wheel alligment" when I verified the price on the phone. I told him I need to cancel this service & I walked out. No follow up from Customer Service Experience after this. At that time I really wanted to speak up to a manager. Avoid John B. to be your service representative.

Bought a 2010 Chevy Suburban at Auto Nation Honda in Tuscon, AZ, on Wednesday last week, using the CarGurus app. Dealt with Bob and Pat on the phone, nailed the truck deal. Provided evidence of the air ticket to hold the truck for Friday. Pat picked me up at the airport in Tuscon. The heavy duty truck was flawless, super clean and ready for takeover. Paperwork was ready for sign offs, electronically. Vincent, the financial guy, Bob and Pat (sales) are super nice guys and trustworthy! Full gas tank provided, my wife and I headed back to Minneapolis, Minnesota, without any truck problems. Awesome truck experience so far! Definitely, recommend these guys to anybody looking for new vehicles!

A friend helped me find the car of my dreams and it happened to be at this dealership. The price on the car was fair, but the value of my trade-in (2010 RAV4-6 Ltd loaded) was on the low side and then $780 was deducted for tires (plenty of tread left.) I decided to take the deal anyway and Robert Jr and Joe were very helpful to make it happen. A few days later I saw my trade-in advertised at a very high price and in the detail pictures was a picture of one of the wheels and the tire was the ones I had on the vehicle which were supposedly bad. I feel I was taken advantage of on the trade-in credit and then if the vehicle was being sold with the "bad" tires I had been docked $780 for, I was extra unhappy. The general manager actually called me (3/28) to explain and left a message. I called him back (3/30) and indicated I wanted to hear an explaination but he never called back. They kept pressing me to do a review and here it is.

I bought a 2007 hybrid Camry from auto nation. Sales team was great. A few days later my check engine light came on and I was upset. I had no warranty on the car so figured I was out of luck. I took it to a hybrid shop and was told I would need a new hybrid battery just a bit over 3k. I dropped the car off and left a bad review on auto nation. Paul the general manager reached out to give him a call. We spoke on the phone and I love never had a general Manager willing to help out even though he didn’t have to. I had no warranty on the car and he doesn’t owe me anything. He told me I should of reached out before I took it somewhere else and he would of done a lot more but what he offered me was more then fair and I’m extremely grateful for his customer service. When I first purchased my car and I dealt with the service department at AutoNation Honda, I left them a glowing review. I don't know what happened there, but I will never, ever go there again. All of the original service Personnel are gone and have been replaced by inept, unknowledgeable individuals. This is the worst service department I have ever encountered in my life. Not only do they not listen to you, they have no knowledge of the cars that they are servicing. Normally, I NEVER argue with people because it is a waste of time. But this time, I was forced into a huge argument with the service advisor because he was giving me information that was incorrect and he would not even listen long enough to be corrected. I even called the general manager and left a message, as well as the sales department and told them they needed to go and educate the service department on their vehicles. So, not only did I not get the problem resolved that I was having, I was also insulted and told that I didn't know what I was talking about. This used to be the best Honda dealership I had ever been to, but now it is, by far, the worst. Never again. I wasted 4 hours of my life and got nothing accomplished.

Pat contacted me after I inquired about the car and met with him at 9am and by that afternoon I was signing papers. The experience was professional and pleasant. Sadly I couldn't pick up the car until the following Thursday due to windshield replacement and new tires. Fine. Until I inquired about the 5 day return policy/guarantee. I was told that it expired before I even took ownership of the vehicle! "thats just the way it is", is what I was told. The manager gave me an unofficial 4 days over the weekend until Monday. Whatever. I feel like I was just being appeased at this point. There are other issues that need to be taken care of and have yet to be contacted. Ive had no follow-up from #AutoNation other than spam emails asking for reviews. My calls have not been returned either. I feel like if a customer is purchasing a vehicle in these turbulent times, the experience should be stepped up and shown some appreciation. A large purchase requires a certain level of customer service and that includes after the purchase. Receiving zero follow-up is very disappointing. Excellent service overall. I had a number of issues including routine maintenance. Greg Cheesbrough did a great job as well the crew overall. Unfortunately pack rats have chewed through wires for front airbag sensors so I will have to go back for further service but Greg did a great breakdown of costs prior to the work, which was a very accurate estimate, so I have a good idea about the cost for the next service.

My 2020 Accord suddenly started vibrating really bad while slowing down. I brought it in and Scott (I think he's the manager) and Alexandra were incredibly professional and explained everything. I needed a car and having to get one in these turbulent times was not ideal. However, after finding the car I wanted online late on a Friday, I was contacted by text on Sat morning. By noon I was in the car taking a test drive with Pat. Everything about AutoNation Honda is professional. I had taken my mother there a year ago and they treated her extremely well and respected her 'old school' ways. I digress, I decided then and there to make the purchase and pay cash. I was told there was 5 day guarantee if I wasn't happy and could bring it back for any reason. Cool. There were some cosmetic issues that would have to be addressed, but I could pick up the car in the next few days. I picked up the car on the following Thursday, which is past the 5 days from when I signed for it. Needless to say, I was given a 'verbal' that they would honor "4" days from when I physically took the car to return if I wasn't happy. A little unprofessional, I thought. Its been a few weeks and I have not heard from anyone, considering I still need bodywork to be done on the car. I understand the hold up of supply issues currently, but keep me in the loop. My purchase, is as important to me, as your profit is. Edit: I called twice and both times my salesperson Pat and the sales manger Paul were not in. It's been nearly 2 months since my purchase and have had ZERO. ZERO follow up. I find this really disconcerting especially when there are issues with the vehicle that were to be taken care of by Autonation. Already leaving a bad taste in my mouth with the feeling of buyers remorse. Not because of the car, but because of the experience. Sorely disappointed. Especially since I had a bad experience test driving a vehicle across town days before. Hoping this is made right at some point, but i know as time goes by the chance is less and less.

I tried calling the dealership to tell them and I had the worst time trying to get through on the phone. The reason is that Auto Nation Tucson does not have enough employees to provide proper phone service. The mechanics and service managers did do the job after I had the car towed in. This time Gregg took care of me with excellent service and replaced my power steering pump. Mr. Beeman was very efficient and provided excellent service. It was busy.

The worst place to buy a car. Recently my boyfriend bought a car. Its a 2019 honda civic and a really nice car don’t get me wrong. He put a 7,000 dollar down payment he specifically said that money was for a down payment. The staff did NOT use that money towards a down payment and put that money towards something else entirely (which he wasn’t told about) so now we’re out $7,000. When confronted about it the staff was incredibly rude. They were no help and they were extremely unprofessional. I would definitely not recommend buying a car from this dealership. Now my boyfriend is stuck paying over 30k for a car he was told he’d only pay about 22k. Shady business for sure. Don’t come here unless you want to lose money.

Took in my car for a oil change, in order for them to access the oil pan and oil filter they MUST remove the body splash guard.. as I left autonations I got on the freeway as I normally do and the body splash guard came off!! Two bolts were only holding it! It damaged the bottom of the front bumper, the paint the body guard itself!!! I’ve called autonation a total of 7 times today and all I get from everyone that answers is “I will let my service manager know, and he will call you at his earliest convenience!” Worst experience ever, I take car of my Car like you have no idea! They gave me an estimate of $ 240, for “rewiring” with no other explanation. I got home and did some research, and ended up replacing the switches, for $ 15.00. I’m sure they won’t miss me. They’ll find another “victim “ to satisfy their financial goals.

I purchased a used Honda Fit from AutoNation Honda Tucson on AUGUST 5, 2021. It is now November 4, 2021 and I still do not have a license plate. I was issued a temporary at the time of purchase, but it expired in the middle of September. I contacted the DMV and was told they had not received completed paperwork from the dealership. I went back to AutoNation Honda and they blamed it on the DMV, but issued me a new temporary registration. This second temporary has now expired and again the DMV says paperwork from the deslership is incomplete. I am not happy and want AutoNation Honda Tucson to get this fixed!

I've been going to Autonation Honda for service and vehicle purchases since it was Dobbs Honda in the 1980s. Because of the great service I have received over the years, I routinely take my Hondas in for regular maintenance at Autonation. I'm a longtime, loyal customer. On a recent visit for maintenance, however, there was a misunderstanding about the level of service I requested. After discussing my concern with management, the general manager and lead service advisor were highly responsive to my complaint. They wanted to make it right and they did make it right - above and beyond what I expected. The Autonation service department is all about excellent customer service and satisfaction. We purchased a new vehicle from AutoNation last year, which arrived from overseas in November 2020. One thing my wife really wanted was "Apple Car Play," and she was very clear about that with AutoNation prior to purchasing the vehicle. Unfortunately, this feature never worked properly, from the very beginning. Due to apparently unsolvable technical issues (we found out we are not the only ones with this problem), and even after lots of time spent with the car in and out of AutoNation's shop, we were finally told by AutoNation in August 2021 that they couldn't fix it, and that our only option would be to go through an appeal process with Honda headquarters. Imagine going to a store to buy a television, and when you get home the TV is not working. You take it back to the store, and instead of helping you, the manager says, "Too bad for you. Guess you'll have to contact the maker of the TV." Of course, that would never happen. But that's what we got at AutoNation. They were nice about it, but that's the best I can say. Could they have offered to pay for a new audio system? Yes. It would have cost them $400-$500. But instead, they made it our problem. So instead of securing a loyal customer, they alienated an entire family. And we'll be spreading the word, as I'm doing now.

9.1.21 update: I went back to the dealership a week later because my car was still having issues with the alternator. I told the people the same thing. I believe that there is an electrical issue that keeps having my car kill the alternators. The mechanic said to me again, "oh, you need to have an OME alternator because that's what's causing all of these issues." At this point, I just needed to have a reliable car again, so I paid $650 to get my alternator replaced with a different aftermarket alternator because there were no Honda alternators available. After he replaces the alternator and I pay, the mechanic comes in and says that "there is probably an electrical issue because the output wiring was kinked and that may need to be replaced." Like you have got to be kidding me. I have said from the beginning that there was an electrical issue, but the mechanic was hellbent on having me pay for a new alternator. The mechanic said that he unkinked the wire, so that shouldn't have any more issues. However, when I got home after having a NEW alternator replaced and checked the alternator myself, it was reading at 12.3 again. I have paid a grand total of $825 so far, and I am still having issues with my car because their mechanics would not listen to me when I said what the issue was. I truly believe that they are dismissing me because I am a woman. I would never recommend this place to anyone. However, I'm unfortunately stuck with continuing to go back to them because I have already sunk so much money into them. If you're having issues with your Honda, go anywhere else. I'm new to Tucson, and I thought going to the dealership would be my safest option, but I can tell you that is not the case. 9.3.21 experience: Quick ways to spot that a mechanic is out to get you for your money: Before they even tell you what is wrong with your car, they come out of the gate saying that you need new tires and breaks. Side note, I bought brand new tires less than ten months ago. I scheduled my appointment because my Civic has eaten 3 alternators within the last month. I figured that there must be an electrical issue because there is no reason this should happen. So I went in for my 7:20 AM appointment to figure out what was wrong, and 3 HOURS later, and with $175 out of my pocket, I was told that I needed new tires, breaks, and a honda specific alternator. What gets me is that my car passed the alternator test, but I would need to get an OME alternator even though my car passed the load test. I was then told that the mechanic didn't find anything wrong with the electrical, but they "charged the alternator." For those unfamiliar with cars, "charging the alternator" is not a thing. I am so upset that I had to pay $175, and I still didn't find out what was wrong with my car, and I was given wrong advice on the actual issue. Since I have a Honda, it would be best to go to the dealership to figure out what was wrong with my car. However, that was not the case. Therefore, I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

We recently bought a 2021 Honda Pilot from AutoNation Honda. Our experience at the dealership was very good. Our salesman was laid back, not pushy, and accommodating. Bob Sr. and the sales team made us feel comfortable making our decision - there was no pressure. We spent several hours at the dealership. Although we came with some knowledge about the Honda products we were interested in, Bob and the team patiently answered questions, and allowed us generous time testing the vehicles on our own. Once we made our decision, the finance folks expedited the sale, making our purchase smooth and timely. And having bought our beautiful car, we were invited back to the dealership for a tutorial (with Bob Jr.), patiently explaining all of the electronic bells and whistles that came with our vehicle. Our experience throughout has been positive and we would recommend AutoNation Honda Tucson Auto Mall for anyone interested in purchasing a Honda.

As much as I love my HR-V, my recent experience with the service department was not a good one. My appointment was a recall and required a software installation. My service rep said my wait time would be 1 to 1.5 hrs. At the 2 hour mark, I was told my car would be ready in 5 minutes. After another 15 minutes passed, my service rep was nowhere to be found and my keys were on his desk. He had gone to lunch. So unprofessional and disrespectful. Apparently my time is not valuable, only my money. So, no, I don’t recommend.

Poor service! Had a 10AM appointment for an oil change and the service tech said it would only be a short wait. The service on my car didn't even begin until 11:30AM!!-this being after I was told it would be ready in about 10 minutes at 11AM. A lot of misinformation and BS. The service manager finally took care of this situation. When I was handed my keys, I wasn't even told where my car was located in the sea of Honda's. Won't be using the service at this dealership in the future.

When I got my Ridgeline back it smelled like smoke and I don't smoke and no one ever smoked in my truck. I called them and left a message but no one returned my call. Not sure if my truck was smoked in or the person who was in it smelled of smoke. Not happy about the smoke!

I took my car in at 8:40 for my appt and was told it would be done by 10. All I had done was an oil change tire rotation/balance and a wiper blade replaced. At 10:20 I hadn't heard from the service department about my car so I went up and asked what was going on, was told I will go check. At 10:30 he finally got up went outside came back in and said "oh, good news they'll be done in 30 minutes bad news they are balancing all the tires not just the one that I asked them to do so we won't charge you for the other 3 tires. My bill for rotation $44. Well at another local tire shop balancing is $10/tire so either billed for it or price gouging if is $44 a tire. I even called back later and asked how much tire rotation balance was and was given a whole nether price. Not offering rides home anymore so I was waiting (Thinking I would be home by 1015) it was very frustrating because I had company arrive at my house at 1030. They had to sit outside my house in the heat waiting until I got home as didn't leave dealership until 11. Overall everyone unprofessional, nobody seemed happy I've been going to this dealership for many many years and a lot has changed and not to the best

Terrible, terrible service. I have been emailing back and forth with a representative on a car that I was interested in buying for 3-4 weeks. I built rapport with this person, Alison Lynch, and she was the only person who knew what I was looking for in a car. I set an appointment to meet with her letting her know that I was ready to purchase, cash in hand. She told me before my appointment that if I am late or if anything changes to let her know and that she would return the same courtesy. I get there for my appointment and she completely dismissed our appointment that we had set to help customers who just walked into the dealership. Needless to say, her lack of professionalism cost them a sale. I brought this up to the general manager Paul Peranzi, and instead of rectifying this unprofessional behavior, he completely ignored my emails, and raised the price of the quote on the car I was interested in, simply because I pointed out her unprofessional behavior. Overall a very bad experience, terrible management, would not recommend anyone go through this dealership. They do not respect their customers. I ended up purchasing a car through Precision Toyota, who had 100x better service and management than Autonation Tucson. Don’t ever spend money at a company who doesn’t respect their customers. Period.

I went to have an oil change and was kept waiting for an hour and 45 minutes. I asked someone in the showroom if there was a manager in the service department I was told he was out due to health concerns. He offered to find someone else to help me but came back and told me he was in a meeting. Many more issues, but don't have the space here to voice them. I spent $41 on an oils change and was very upset by the wait and when I checked out, the service advisor handed me my keys and paperwork and never even told me where my car was. There was not a timeline attached to the agreement, and because of Covid, we did not drive our car much over the last year. I’ve owned so called “luxury automobiles” in the past including Mercedes, Volvo and Audi, but never have I received such excellent service as I have at AutoMall Honda. The service managers are professional, thorough, and friendly; the mechanics, top notch. I have complete trust in their recommendations—never have I had the feeling they are trying to “sell me a bill of goods”, unlike with other brands. Whenever my tire pressure light goes on, I drive by, and they take the time to immediately check it out. With Honda, I have peace of mind, which is a big deal to me. My Honda Pilot is now 11 years old and in those 11 years I haven't had a problem with service until this last visit. I Had an appointment for PM for an oil change, tire rotation, and new battery. After a little over an hour wait my car was still not taken into a service bay. I complained and it went in about 15 minutes later. But it was still almost 4 P.M. before my car was completed. The service rep apologized and explained they were just overwhelmed that day (Perhaps a mechanic or two were out sick) and took $20 off my bill. So in over 10 years this is the first time I was disappointed, so I would still highly recommend them.

The service provided was excellent. The service rep handled my request well. When there was some problem diagnosing what I described, he had me drive the car with the technician. The technician heard what I described as the problem and eventually found the source. There was and alignment problem and they suggested a new set of tires that were very reasonably priced.

I had this scary experience of having my tire blowout on the highway. We had the car towed to Honda Auto Mall in Tucson. Went in to get an alignment and transmission fluid change. They sold me on the major service, I am such a sucker. First they said they'd give me 10% off but then they didn't in the end, don't take any verbal promise seriously. Second they didn't apply my free oil change to that portion of the bill.Lastly the line items are ridiculous: 50 bucks to check my battery terminals thats more than halfway to just buying a new battery from walmart, there's a reason autozone will do that for free. 70$ to squirt two little bottles into the fuel and oil. I feel like an idiot, i should have gotten a detailed list of what they planned on doing beforehand. Dealerships are for suckers. Their goal is to take you for all your worth.

The manager of this Honda dealer actually requested I FUDGE MY REVIEW to give EXCELLENT ratings !!!!! Before buying my 2020 Accord I had previously been at that facility in 2007 when I purchased a 2007 Accord. Then it was Dobbs Honda. Clearly, AutoNation hasn't spent EVEN A PENNY on improving, updating or maintaining your facility -not that it was a standout-out even in 2007 !!!!! Shabby, unkempt, worn-down, delapidated are the kindest words I can give for the depressing showroom, customer waiting area and every other square inch. Their email system is NOT working properly. I received TWO IDENTICAL COPIES OF MESSAGES. Previously, I got TWO COPIES of the confirmation of appointment and TWO COPIES of each of the (TOO MANY) reminders of the appointment (I believe that was 6 in total !!!) ENOUGH IS ENOUGH !

I came in for the twelve-thousand mile service on my Honda Civic, and I have no complaints about that. The problem for me was that the service writer wore his mask pulled down over his chin the whole time I was there, and that area is rather cramped and has a lot of people moving around, so I couldn't stand back very far. I should have waited outside but he was asking me questions and I had to stay there. Now I'm worried about being exposed to covid. I have an appointment to get tested but not until next week, the soonest I could get one. It's easy to think that we're through the worst of this pandemic, but we're still seeing thirty-thousand to fifty-thousand new cases a day in the US and we can't let our guards down. It's not an exaggeration to say that one mistake could cost us our life. Keeping their customers safe is job-one, and nothing else matters if they don't do that first. I hope the service manager will get on this and ensure that all employees wear properly fitter masks at all times.

I go to the shop for their expertise. I do a lot of auto repair myself, but when I get stuck I go to the experts. They have come through in the past but they failed this time. In addition, they guessed on what the problem was which cost me $500; in my earlier auto repair days thats what I did and it never ended well. Finally, they thru their hands up and blamed on a part that I had just replaced 2 weeks prior(Honda OEM.) I am back to square 1. 3 stars cuz they usually come through.

After a significant search of Phoenix Area Honda dealers, I chose to 'cast my web' further, and went online with AutoNation - Honda - Tucson to search for our ideal retirement vehicle. Both of us now on fixed income, we had managed to put aside a sum of money that we felt should provide us with a dependable, fuel efficient, yet fun auto. I understand that not all car buyers would recommend announcing that figure up front, but I recommend it unless you're partial to long negotiations. Which would be okay, we enjoyed our interchanges with the gregarious sales folks here. They were helpful and straightforward. We did find a dependable, fuel efficient, fun auto in their new 2020 Honda Accord EX Hybrid. but the day ran short, the banks were closed, and we didn't reach an agreement. We returned Monday, after establishing an acceptable price, and voila, before we knew it, we were getting an orientation to all the electronic features Honda brings to their car lines. We drove home (90 some miles away on an Interstate) and registered a 43.6 miles per gallon fuel consumption, running at the interstate speed limits (75 mostly, 65 for the rest). Our most pleasant car-buying experience yet!

My only complaint is that a safety inspection was included during which the technician measured the tire tread but apparently didn't bother to check how much air was in the tires because 3 days later, my car alerted me that my tire pressures were very low. That was annoying and that is the only reason I dropped the rating from 5 stars to 4.

My car wouldn't start and I had a brake failure message. I called the service department and all were busy. Mike called me back within minutes and when I explained what happened he told me exactly what to do. Once my battery was charged I drove directly to the dealership and they replaced my battery and I was in and out in less than an hour. I had no appointment.

there 125 point check list says that the motor mounts were good but infact i had to replace 3 of them. im 78 years old and i felt to nervous to drive vehicle back to dealer so i had a local mechanic fix mounts and hoped dealership would make some good on there falsification of the check list but when i went back and explained the problem i got no understanding except some fine print bs about the 90 day warranty...even though i put less than 250 miles on it..makes me wonder what else im going to have to fix. little advice..no matter how old or young you are if you buy from this dealership take your check list in to your own mechanic and have them go through dealerships check list..could save you LOTS of money time and hassle in the end.

I recently purchased a new Honda Fit at Auto Nation. I was lucky to get Aaron as my salesperson. Even though I did my research, I still dislike the whole process of purchasing a car. Truthfully, Aaron made it easy. I call him, “Mr. Okay,” because mostly that was his response to my requests and questions. He also answered my e mails almost immediately, and was clear in his hours of availability, his info about the car, and his ease of manner. NO GAMES. I got my bottom price quickly with lots of price information from the dealership. Aaron’s real accomplishment was in fitting his 6’ 7” frame into the passenger side of my Honda Fit. Most impressive. I had such a great experience at this dealership recently! Ed was my technician and he and his team took such amazing care of me - truly, the spirit of service. Not only did I have a complicated issue with my Accord, I currently have a complicated schedule filled with days that start before they open and end after they close. Ed fit me in the already-full schedule as soon as I had an engine light go off and worked with me to both discern the problem AND make sure I could still get where I needed to. Additionally, every other service team member I interacted with was professional and courteous. My car is running perfectly again and I couldn?t recommend them enough!

2017 Touring Model Honda CRV taken in for repairs (electronic system failure). First visit on 10/06/20 a bit confusing and 4 days later the same problem happened again. A fabulous car buying experience. We began our shopping trip online. We looked at various Honda dealerships in Southern Arizona. AutoNation's transparent pricing, fair trade in allowance and Lack of ridiculous, phoney, tacked-on fees won our business. We arrived in the evening, took the vehicle for a test drive and decided to buy with our trade. The transaction was a joy. We dealt with Nick online and by phone, then Alison met with us for everything else. Do your research, and read the fine print from all your dealer choices. Other dealerships had added fees for industry standard equipment. They also advertised their vehicles at one price, then quoted higher when it came to the actual purchase, due to add-ons that weren't disclosed. It was very disappointing. AutoNation did not engage in any of those deceptive practices. You will do yourself justice by giving them a chance to win your business.

I felt that his recommendations of appropriate and even though I am not an expert in car mechanics and repair, his description of the work was clear enough for my understanding. A positive experience. overall. Also, I had discussions with Seth about my other car, which has the need for expensive repair work before it is driveable again, and he was able to accept my offer to let you have it after he promised a $100 payment. I am still thinking about this, but towing costs via AAA would exceed the amount he offered. Again, he was knowledgeable and helpful about this issue.

Referred to this dealer by the Costco Auto Buy program. Once we agreed on the price for the car, it took 3 hours for us to get to the person who did the final paperwork signing. Their excuse was that there were several other people buying at the same time and they were short-handed due to the covid-19 problem. If that was the case, they should have told us that, and had us come back in a few hours when they were ready for us. Instead they kept saying it would only be a "little bit longer". We should have walked out. I would recommend that to anyone who has this issue. WALK OUT! Also when we got the the "finance and insurance" person for the signing he put on a high-pressure sales pitch to buy and extended warranty for about $5,000 because the car had a "lot of computer components, and they don't hold up well in the Arizona heat" and would fail and were not covered by the manufacture's warranty. If Honda can't produce a car that won't hold up in the normal operating conditions of Arizona (heat in the summer), then why are they selling cars here? Also this person wouldn't take or respect our "no" that we weren't interested. My suggestion is to find another dealer - there's another one here or go to one in another city - there's several within a reasonable driving distance.

Coming up on my end lease date for the Civic, we decided to stop by and see what CR-Vs were available on the lot. We found a 2019 CR-V with most of the bells and whistles that was available and the the sales rep was willing to work on us terminating the current lease early and then walk out the door 24-hours later on a very good monthly lease payment that fit in our budget. Nice experience overall!

While the store had a steady stream of customers, there was never a crown. I was one of the first to arrive and I staked out a small table in the show room which had the possibility of social distancing. I found it interesting that those who gravitated to this area seemed to have the same desire. In the meantime. the car was being serviced in a time effective manner with oil change, filter, tire rotation and alignment. The car really drove nice as I headed home.

At Tucson AutoNation Honda Auto Mall our service advisor Mike Pescatore was Excellent. Mike told us that he would keep us informed about the progress of our service visit. Mike even initiated Interim Service calls to our cell phone to give us an update about when our Honda would be ready for pick up. I bought the crv new. I discovered that the power latch for the right rear seat did notwork. Made appointment to have it corrected and told service assistant service mgr what what was wrong and after two hours I asked what the status was. I was told they did not have the part in stock and that it might be in w/ 5 days and I would have to make another appointment . Other than that everything was great.

I’ve had a little red light on at dashboard of my 14 yr old Honda Odyssey Van. Called, spoke to Service Greg about it. He said 9 out of 10 like this is a defect in seat belt that has a forever warranty. Since it is a safety issue, I asked what worse case expense could be if not this warranty thingy...answer ...up to $1300. Went that afternoon, they needed an hour to check it out & pleased to report it IS covered under warranty as as he suspected. Excellent service & a happy solution for me! Thanks to all of you. I bought a 2015 Honda CRZ at Auto Nation in Tucson. Beautiful car with low miles. Price was good. Car is very clean. Only deficiency was the headlight lenses were faded/scratched. Vincent offered to have his guy in Service buff it out. I came back in two days to pick it up and the headlights are like new. Plus they did a final detail and filled the tank with gas. They even helped me load it on my trailer. I highly recommend this dealership.

My car purchasing experience is pretty comfortable. I never expected I can get satisfying experience at a dealer but I really did enjoyed. Caitlin is very nice and negotiable. She is very responsible in replying emails. She knows everything we asked and give fairly precise answers that meet our needs. She is also very patient and let us do the test drive that covered every possible road condition. The thing I liked most is that as they mentioned on the website, they are not pushing and give you enough time and privacy to make your own decision. I'm definitely thinking keeping the relationship with Autonation Honda and doing my vehicle service there in the future.

I took my CR-V in to be checked for damage after a rear end collision February 5th. I could see no visible damage but wanted the vehicle thoroughly checked. It may sound funny to give a car dealer five stars but after spending years in that industry I think I can easily separate good from the bad. If you are looking to buy a Honda I think this is the place. I have been to the other dealer in Tucson at least three times and tried to buy from them on two different event occasions but it did not work out. To put it simply the other dealer will not take you seriously and will play the game with you. Trying to charge for nitrogen in the tires etc. Being from east coast I thought that scam was over about 20 yrs ago Anyway going back to Auto Nation Honda at Auto Mall. I worked with Pedro Lazaro as my sales person. He is down to earth, honest and very courteous person. Same can be said for their sales managers at the same location. Needing to replace the lost key fob which is needed to start the car, I ordered one or my 2017 Honda Fit. We arrived a little bit early for the appointment and was quickly greeted and the paperwork prepared. Chas Sobota kept us posted on the progress and alerted us when the car was ready to pick up. It took close to the 1 1/2 hours to get the replacement key bob programmed and of course they had to reprogram my original key bob. Auto Nation Tucson Honda did good.

We went to AutoNation last week to look for a replacement for our 2005 Honda CR-V, our RV tow vehicle. We had done a bit of research and found a few 2014 CR-V's we were interested in. Vince, our salesman, was very helpful and straight-forward. He reviewed the CarFax reports on the three vehicles we were considering. He also went over all of the prep services that had been done to each car prior to putting them on the lot (very extensive, we were impressed). Vince had us take a test drive in the car we were most interested in, had an associate take a quick ride in our trade, and made a reasonable offer for trade-in. Vince's associate, Rich, guided us through all of the paperwork and reviewed financing alternatives and extended warranty options. It was painless ... so nice to not have to haggle. The car was spotless. People who have seen it thought it was new. I'd strongly recommend AutoNation Honda and their salesman, Vince.

They did not explain anything about what was going on . This is the SEVENTH issue I have had with my vehicle, sixth bringing it to the dealership. Only two of the issues were considered "under warranty" even though my car only has 20k miles on it. The part needed to repair my car was sadly on back order which left me without a car for TWO WEEKS. Not only did they tell me that the issue was not under warranty but they didn't seem to care that I would be car-less for two weeks. I used to be a tried and true Honda owner but I think this may be my last Honda. Quality doesn't seem what it used to be and the brand CLEARLY doesn't stand behind their product.

The dreaded day came when I had to go to a dealership to buy a new car. I had been through the wringer at Jim Clicks too many times. I needed a car with all of the new safety features. I shopped six dealerships to gather the information that I needed. I chose the Honda CRV and guess what the dealership wasn’t run by Jim Click. I went through the Costco Auto Buying Plan just as I had done before with Click but this time the whole experience was very different. The sales staff and management at Auto Nation treated us to a very pleasant experience. They showed us the paperwork on the MSRP and showed us the invoice from Costco. I had gotten a preliminary price per month on a lease weeks before and my final price was $50.00 per month less. I look forward to working with Auto Nation again, thank you everyone.

* one of the "business managers fought with me one night, when I went in just to sign a form to get a form called a "buyers order" -to take to my bank to finish the loan, this manager tried to "Coerce" me into to finishing out the loan through them that night or I was going to" loss the vehicle". He stated that it would be taken back to Phx the next morning for someone to see it, that may be interested in buying it. I told him that I had already given Autonation $500 in earnest money just to bring the vehicle to Tucson & my bank was already actively working with Autonation to finish the loan and my already proven commitment to buy the vehicle meant nothing unless I did what he wanted that night?, to which he stated "it's not our vehicle", we need to sent it back. I finally got so angry /upset that I essentially said ..we would have to finish this argument tomorrow and I left, I my surprise the form that I had fought to get the night before to no avail , was waiting for me at the front lobby desk when I came in for what I though was round #2. It was very disheartening to know that the old used car sales tactics are still in practice

On Tuesday May 7th I had my yearly servicing of my 007 Honda CR-V. I had been appraised of the maintenance I was advised to have last year so I knew ahead what would be done with my approval. I was advised of the waiting period of 2-1/2 hours. I depend on AutoNation to maintain a car I will probably have the rest of my life. I found yesterday as other years, the experience from the time of entry to exit very satifactory.

I was taken care of in a timely matter and given options for the different styles of CRV. Matt Nenadic answered all my many questions and very patient. I was looking for a certain color and Matt went out on the lot and found the car. Matt was very kind and understanding as this was my first new purchase. I did online research and found I liked the Honda Ridgeline. I subscribe to Consumer Reports used their TrueCar pricing to check on local availability. AutoNation Honda in Tucson was the first to contact me. I also had contact from another dealer. Both dealers were very friendly and no high pressure tactics. AutoNation was the only dealer in the state with the model and the color in stock, so I purchased there. The process was very friendly and I would recommend them. The TrueCar pricing was great.

I received a recall notice for my 2012 Honda Accord to have the air bag repaired. I called to set up an appointment and was taken in that very same day with great results. ED Diamond took very good care of me. He was prompt to stay in touch with me to get the work done quickly. Also, I wish to say that Mike Jones, the Service Manager, has ALWAYS done a great job of offering me excellent customer service. Even the shuttle drivers, Richard and John, are terrific. They are a GREAT Team!!!
